Convenient for the airport and they run a free shuttle bus. Quite a nice clean friendly hotel with good facilities.
The staff was wonderful and very helpfull at the front desk for both check in/ out... The shuttle service was great. The beds were super comfortable and very clean. It was a great stay, thank you!
The one thing I did not like about my stay was the food in the resteraunt. Neither my guest nor myself ended up eating the dish. It was expensive and not very good at all. The sea food was terrible. But the coffee was good :)
very nice staff, clean rooms for the price good deal
Not close to any amenities
Your staff is excellent. Pierre at the front desk answered all my questions and helped me with directions.
(1) A place in the room to unpack your clothes. There were no drawers. (2) Put the Bar Fridge inside the buffet where the TV is. (3) A corner shelf in the Bath/shower tub to put shampoo and soap.
We have stayed there about a half-dozen times while on (flight) trips, and it offers great value and convenience. It's good to see the renovations going on!
Somewhat related, the shuttle bus is in terrible condition! I know it's a contracted service, but it is in extreme disrepair, and this time even the roof was leaking!
fair value, big rooms, a bit old but clean and room is still in an efficient state
Rooms clean, lots of towls, parking fine, nice staff.
Didn't have any tea bags in the rooms and nilon on the bads.
One of the receptionists was helpful.
Reservation dates were inaccurate or so they said!
Free Wifi. Free on-street parking.
Bad Value for Money (Perhaps due to Grand Prix). Staff not very helpful. Restaurant closes at 9pm and there's no anywhere around to eat something. Elevator was broken during a day. Far from downtown.
Good place to stay clean good location close to most things.
Booking in process was slow.
The Hotel staff, receptionist, was excellent.
Upon arrival I called for the free shuttle from the airport and was told that this service was no longer available (by a male). We had to pay $20.00 for a taxi. At the hotel we were told that the shuttle service was available (by a lady). The restaurant food was horrible.
Comfortable bed, quiet, prompt and courteous service
A small amount of mildew forming between tiles in the washroom.
My visit to old montreal
I didnt like the location far from everything, very noisy, the restaurant very expensive and a poor menu. The staff was not helpfull.
It was in a great area and very easy to get to from the trans canada highway.
The room was large and clean.
We arrived at the Montreal airport and inquired three times about the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Three times we were told it was automatic and should be along any minute. We waited for over an hour before we called the hotel to be told the driver would arrive in 15 minutes. In fact they did not leave the hotel to pick us up until we called. The hotel was rather weary in its decor, although we stayed in a "refurbished" section of the hotel. Otherwise, a comfortable room, very reasonably priced.
